A large hotel review site based in Tunbridge Wells was suffering from speed issues when pages where loading.  The site reviewed several thousand hotels and had a significant amount of traffic being delayed/disappointed visitors.

After reviewing the hardware, network, site code and database it was established the existing code was functional but caused bottle knecks at medium to high traffic loads that would not have been apparent in low level testing.

The code was streamlined and bottle knecks removed and the database was rebuilt into a speed efficient layout.  The customer traffic and hit rate was restored and the customer saved significant sums in avoid an unscale of hardware platform.  A significant return on investment was achieved.
