Built as part of a risk managment service the system provided a multi project questionnaire creation system.  The system comprised of user login to anonymous questionnare answer input area.  A management tool to review created trend charts and graphs with pdf report generation.  And a further overall administration service to manage the multiple projects created.  The risk management questionnaire service was used on Olympic and other large scale UK projects.
