We where brought in to investigate a string of problems with an online e-commerce providers chain of website.  Of the serveral sites with known faults injection hacks and file root breaches caused the quiet take over of the websites pages.  The resulting hack damaged caused a host of odd functionallity probems and led to a drop on visitor traffic and search engine ranking problems.

The sites was repaired and secured and the necessary information passed to Google to repair search engine trust and search result position.
